Command Name:	time
For Level:	DeCKHaND
Command Usage:	.time .time + [number of hour(s)] .time - [number of hour(s)]
What It Does:	When used by itself, it displays the system time defined by the server that EI is running on. You can also get the time to be converted from the server time by using the + or - options. So to see what time it would be in two hours you would type: ".time + 2". You can also use this to adjust the time to your time zone.
